Think urban, edgy, casual & cool for photos at The Platform in Calgary. Because of the cityscape background, I'd keep your outfits simple & clean. Jeans & tees work well here. If you like wearing logos (for instance, on a hat or hoodie), this is definitely the location for it! Classic coats in winter work for a modern feel, whereas puffy coats make the vibe more trendy and casual. Simple silhouettes are best if you would like to wear a dress. Choose minimal patterns and if you do use a pattern, I'd stick with an edgier one like animal print or stripes. Plaid works well too if you consider the colours, so they coordinate with the buildings behind you.
